When do check-in and check-out take place? Can I leave the room and stay at the hotel without staying, as well as use its services?
Answer: Check—in is from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00. You can leave your luggage in a special storage room. All the services of the hotel are available to you.

What documents are needed for the settlement?
Answer: Citizens of the Russian Federation need a general—purpose passport to settle in, and a birth certificate for minors. Foreigners must provide their passport.

What accounting documents will be issued at the end of the stay?
Answer: If the payment was made by a travel agency or a booking website, they must provide all the necessary documents. When paying at the reception, you will receive receipts and invoices. Upon request, the administrator will prepare a certificate of accommodation on letterhead. If the payment was from a legal entity, the accounting documents can be sent by mail.

Is it possible with animals?
Answer: It is possible with dogs up to 5 kg. The surcharge is 2000 rubles per day for one pet. The deposit is 5,000 rubles.

Answer: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Answer: Yes, we have parking. Let us know in advance if you will be traveling by car.

Answer: Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:00 to 11:00.

Answer: Yes, it is possible for a fee, but not in all room categories.
